This is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board which determined that the parcel delivery services performed within the State of Arizona by drivers for Dial-A-Messenger, Inc., constitute employment within the contemplation of A.R.S. § 23-615 and are not excluded under the provisions of A.R.S. § 23-613.01.
