Defendant, Stanford Robinson, was charged with breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with the intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. During his circuit court arraignment, defendant pled guilty pursuant to an agreement by which the prosecutor agreed to dismiss a supplemental information. However, at the time of defendant's plea, the prosecutor had not filed a supplemental information. Defendant was sentenced to between 5 and 15 years...
