Plaintiff, O. J. Rivero Towing Company, brought this suit for damages against Coastal Flex Company, Inc., caused by defective exhaust equipment sold to plaintiff by that defendant.1 Coastal Flex answered in the form of a general denial and reconvened for the cost of materials ordered but not paid for by plaintiff.
