This appeal by Ralph Neiman is from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, entered July 17, 1981 awarding attorney fees to appellee for legal services in contempt proceedings to enforce the provisions of a separation agreement made a part of the order of court decreeing the dissolution of the marriage of the parties.
