In late 1977, Plaintiff retained Defendant-Faulkner to represent him in a lawsuit against Plaintiff's tenant, Tropical Press, Inc., seeking to have the tenant pay for an increase in insurance premiums pursuant to a lease agreement. This suit was Civil Action No. 77-16183 of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
