We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals' reversal of an order denying an application for injunctive relief initiated by the plaintiffs-respondents, Dennis and June Stratford, against the defendants-petitioners, John and Pamela Littlehorn. The Stratfords' application for injunctive relief was based upon the claim that the Littlehorns, in contravention of a restrictive covenant, intended to move their existing home onto a lot in a subdivision...
