Defendant, Jesse Betancourt, was convicted of delivery of less than 50 grams of heroin, MCL 333.7401 subds (1), 2(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401) subds (1), (2)(a)(iv), and conspiracy to deliver heroin, MCL 750.157a(a); MSA 28.354(1)(a). He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 6 to 20 years.
