Petitioner, a state agency, initiated this filiation proceeding pursuant to ORS 109.125(1)(b),1 alleging that defendant is the father of a child who was born out of wedlock and to whose support petitioner contributes. Defendant appeals from the trial court's judgment finding him to be the child's father. His only argument on appeal is that, because he is indigent, his Fourteenth Amendment due process rights...
