Plaintiff, Louisiana Health Service and Indemnity Company (Blue Cross), brought these cumulated actions seeking annulment of a default judgment and for a monetary award to recover the amount paid under protest in satisfaction of the contested judgment. The trial court annulled the default judgment but rejected plaintiff's demand for a monetary award. Defendant, Ira B.
