I must respectfully dissent from this Court's denial of Betty L. Smith's petition to transfer. Therein, she seeks review of the Court of Appeals' order that her appeal be dismissed. Transfer should be granted, Smith's appeal should be instated, the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division should be directed to supply this Court with the transcript of Smith's proceedings...
