Appellant George Merritt, both individually and as guarantor for the debt of his daughter Sandra M. D. Murray, executed certain installment notes in favor of appellee bank. Appellants failed to pay the installments when due. On July 15, 1980 counsel for the bank wrote a letter to both appellants reciting that because of their failure to pay the installments when due, the maturity of the unpaid balances had been accelerated and were declared to be due...
