This is a suit for damages for personal injuries and property loss resulting from a one-vehicle accident. Plaintiff, Ronney L. Broussard (Broussard) alleges that defendant C. L. Gurganious (Gurganious) forced him off a narrow state highway. A jury found in Broussard's favor and against Gurganious and his co-defendants.
