(Exeter) appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the District of North Dakota finding that Clinton St. Clair and Don Bills2 were entitled to royalty assignment of 1/16th of 8/8ths from the Vedquam lease pursuant to a Turnkey Agreement dated November 24, 1976.
