Ray Jewelry Company in an action brought by The Supreme Assembly, Order of Rainbow for Girls, and Stange Company, Inc., alleging trademark infringement, false designation of origin and unfair competition in Ray's sale of jewelry bearing the registered collective mark of the Rainbow Order, which jewelry was not manufactured by Stange, the "official jeweler" of the Rainbow Order.
