Jane Doe1 was indicted on several charges that involved sexual misconduct with her children.2 As the result of a negotiated agreement she pled guilty to a charge of lewd and lascivious acts committed towards a child.3 Imposition of her sentence was suspended for four years pursuant to a number of conditions...
