United Nuclear Corporation (UNC) brought suit against National Tank and Pipe Company (National Tank), M.M. Sundt Construction Company (Sundt) and Mission Insurance Company (Mission) for damages resulting from defects in structures built by National Tank and Sundt, hereinafter known as Builders.
