This is an appeal from one of two tort actions1 consolidated for trial in the court below. In Civil Docket No. 31,878, the trial court, after trial, rendered judgment in favor of Wilson Lalonde (Mr. Lalonde) and against Elmer Naquin (Mr. Naquin), as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, Patty Naquin (Patty), and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Insurance Company...
