Appellant was found guilty of receiving embezzled property under Counts III, IV and V of a five-count indictment returned by the November, 1979 Term of the Montgomery County Grand Jury. Appellant was found not guilty of embezzlement under Count I of the indictment and the trial court sustained appellant's demurrer to Count II, eliminating that count from the jury...
