Plaintiffs, buyers, appeal from the decree of the trial court denying specific performance of a contract for the sale of land owned by defendants as tenants by the entirety. The negotiations of the parties resulted in a document signed by plaintiffs and defendant Gene Oland only on April 21, 1977. Plaintiffs' complaint alleged that defendants were partners in the subdivision and sale of the property and that Gene Oland acted on behalf of the partnership...
