Finding that a workmen's compensation claimant was totally and permanently disabled as a result of an on-the-job accident, the trial court awarded plaintiff judgment against the defendant insurance company for benefits at the maximum rate of $130 per week for the duration of his disability, subject to a credit for 17 weeks compensation benefits paid by defendant to plaintiff.
