The plaintiff in this personal injury-electrocution action appeals from an adverse ruling on defendant's motion for summary judgment. We reverse.
The facts in the case are as follows: Plaintiff, Hilton James Verrett, was employed by Jefferson Davis Electric Cooperative, Inc., which shares poles with defendant, Cameron Telephone Co.
