The interpretation of "judicial confession" is in error. (See Comments to CCP 2085.) Plaintiff's allegation of a defendant's negligence is not a "judicial confession." Wall v. Employer, La., 386 So.2d 79, was misunderstood. See Raley v. Carter, Supreme Court of Louisiana,
