This adversary proceeding, which started as a routine application for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 so as to permit foreclosure of various purchase money security interests, has evolved into a contest as to the priority of the security interests in the debtor's equipment. Moreover, the creditor claiming priority denies that plaintiff possesses any security interest in such equipment...
