Mr. Leroy Joseph Meche was killed, and his 16 year old son, Alton Joseph Meche, was seriously injured, when the television antenna they were raising in a trailer park came in contact with defendant's electric line. Mr. Meche's widow sues individually and as natural tutrix of their three minor children, including Alton Joseph Meche. Three major children of Mr. Meche also join as plaintiffs. A jury found the defendant utility company was not negligent...
