The plaintiff, Village of Morrisville Water & Light Department, appeals from an action in which it sought enforcement of a prior judgment against the defendant Town of Hyde Park. In 1977 after protracted litigation regarding the tax liabilities of the plaintiff to the Town of Hyde Park, the two parties entered into a stipulation which was reduced to a judgment and served to terminate six different tax appeals then pending in Lamoille Superior...
