PER CURIAM:

Appellant and respondent entered into a written contract whereby appellant promised to perform all survey work and reports pertaining to the construction of a six hundred room addition to respondent's existing hotel and casino. Respondent agreed to compensate appellant for these services on a time-and-materials basis.
