This civil action brought by an employee of defendant Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Carolyn Summers, his wife, is based upon an alleged unlawful demotion. Ross Summers asserts two causes of action arising out of his demotion. He claims that his demotion constituted a breach of his employment contract and unlawful age discrimination under the Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.L.A. § 37.2101...
