JOHNSON & WALES COLLEGE v. CITY COUNCIL OF CRANSTON

No. 80-384-M.P.

442 A.2d 1264 (1982)

JOHNSON & WALES COLLEGE v. The CITY COUNCIL OF the CITY OF CRANSTON.

Supreme Court of Rhode Island.

February 12, 1982.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William J. McGair, Providence, for petitioner.

Jeremiah S. Jeremiah, Jr., City Sol., Arthur A. Thovmasian, Jr., Asst. City Sol., Cranston, for respondent.

Although the victualing license expired on December 1, 1980, we ordered the writ to issue because the respondent's decision is "capable of repetition, yet evading review."
