Summary judgment was granted in favor of Maurice L. Brown against Dan Washburn and his employer Joe W. York, d/b/a Triple Six Roustabout Service, and Larry Wayne Moulder and his employer Larry Bradford, d/b/a Star Welding Service. Washburn and Moulder sued for personal injuries, and their employers sued for contribution and indemnification for workmen's compensation benefits paid to the injured workmen. The parties appeal.
