644 P.2d 1059 (1982)

98 N.M. 70

STATE of New Mexico, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Francisco SALAZAR, Defendant-Appellant.

Court of Appeals of New Mexico.

April 20, 1982.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas J. Horne, P.C., Albuquerque, for defendant-appellant.

Jeff Bingaman, Atty. Gen., Eddie Michael Gallegos, Asst. Atty. Gen., Santa Fe, for plaintiff-appellee.

OPINION

HENDLEY, Judge.

Convicted of seven counts of fraudulent use of a credit card contrary to § 30-16-33(A)(4), N.M.S.A. 1978, defendant appeals. Defendant's sole issue on appeal is whether his motion to dismiss the indictment should have been granted. Issues raised in the docketing statement and not argued on appeal are deemed abandoned. State v. McGill, 89 N.M. 631, 556 P.2d 39
