Hawkins (hereinafter appellee), for violating Section 26-6.2(b)(7), Revised Ordinances of Honolulu (R.O.H.). The issues raised herein have been addressed in our recent decision of State v. Bloss, 64 Haw. ___, 637 P.2d 1117 (1981), which we find to be dispositive...
