This action was filed on behalf of a minor, Clifford Fulton, by his natural tutrix, Doris Vidrine, for injuries Clifford sustained when his right foot slipped into a moving grain auger at the facilities of Basile Rice Drier, Inc. The plaintiff, on behalf of her minor son, originally filed suit against defendants, Stewart and Landry, Inc., Long Manufacturing of North Carolina, Inc., and Suck-Up Stayaway.
