This is an action for breach of contract which was removed because of the existence of federal diversity jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1332. Plaintiff, International Charter Mortgage Corporation, filed a motion for summary judgment claiming there is no dispute as to the failure of Land Title Insurance Co. to honor a title insurance policy.
