This case was tried on the issue of the availability of an adequate water supply to the plaintiffs' home at the Cove Point Trailer Park. A jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs, awarding compensatory damages of $1500. The defendant, owner of the trailer park, directs his appeal to the allegedly erroneous admission of three types of evidence: (1) opinion testimony by the plaintiffs' water systems...
