Plaintiff, Universal Iron Works, Inc. ("Universal"), brought this action for breach of contract against defendant, Falgout Refrigeration and Appliance Service, Inc. ("Falgout Refrigeration").1 From a judgment in favor of defendant, plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
