This is a suit on a written agricultural lease instituted by the lessee, Ross Campesi, against the lessor, Margaret Plantation, a partnership, composed of Frank Carruth, III, and the Margaret Best Trust, for the value of the plant and stubble sugar cane owned by him which was left on the leased premises after the 1975 crop was harvested.
