Young and Memphis Farms, Inc., hereinafter collectively referred to as Young,1 from a judgment of the Twelfth Judicial District Court, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, granting a motion for summary judgment on behalf of third party defendant, John Ab Boatner (Boatner).
