Strouss & Assoc., plaintiff, from an Amended Judgment and Order of Distribution of Proceeds, which was entered by the Second Circuit Court, in a case which arose in connection with a townhouse condominium development, known as Sugar Cove, at Spreckelsville Beach, Wailuku Commons, Maui.
