This is an appeal from a judgment in an action arising from an automobile collision. Walker, a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, sought damages from the defendant-respondent, Budzianowski, for the personal injuries he suffered when the stationary vehicle in which he was sitting was struck in its rear by the vehicle driven by Budzianowski.
