LEAR, Judge.

W. Hayward Creel had contracted with Crown-Zellerbach (Crown) to repair the roof of a warehouse owned by Crown. Harold Stine, a union employee, who was working for Creel in repairing Crown's building, suffered personal injuries on December 18, 1973, when he fell through the roof of Crown's warehouse, which he was then engaged in repairing. Stine also sued certain individual employees of Crown as "executive officers", alleging that these individuals breached...
