STOKER, Judge.

This is action by eight individuals who are owners and developers of Belle Terre Subdivision located in Iberia Parish, Louisiana.1 Plaintiffs sued Sewerage District No. 1 of Iberia Parish, Louisiana, (Sewerage District) for a monetary judgment in the amount of $67,762.96 and also for declaratory relief. The Iberia Parish Police Jury was also a defendant but insofar as we can determine is not before us on appeal.
