The Defendants and Third-Party Plaintiffs, Anthony Natale and Mary-Yvon Natale, appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, York County, which accepted the report of a referee in this controversy over a boundary. The disputed property, located on Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport, is a gore approximately three feet by 100 feet between a lot owned by the Natales and a lot owned by the Plaintiffs, Frank Howe and Elsie Howe.
