This is an appeal by an indigent from an order denying his petition for writ of error coram nobis.

In 1976, appellant entered pleas of guilty to two separate indictments charging a total of eight forgery offenses and two burglary offenses. On September 4, 1979, appellant filed a "Motion to Vacate Sentences and Dismiss Indictment" with the circuit court.
