ORDER

BRITT, District Judge.

Defendants, Dennis Warren, Richard Warren, and John Lester Harris, were indicted by a federal grand jury on one count of conspiracy to violate the civil rights of various individuals, which conspiracy resulted in the death of Robert Anderson; on four counts of holding certain persons to involuntary servitude; and on one count of kidnapping and carrying away an individual with the intention of holding him as a slave.
