Roberta and Ronald Idlewine appeal the trial court's refusal to set aside the default judgments and foreclosure sale in a mortgage foreclosure action against them instituted by the Madison County Bank and Trust Company (Bank).1 They raise three issues on appeal but, because we find the first issue constitutes reversible error, we do not reach the other issues.2 Cowan v.
