This suit arises out of a chain reaction collision involving five vehicles on a rain-soaked portion of the interstate highway. The speed limit is fifty-five (55) miles per hour, but due to the weather conditions and the medium to heavy traffic all the vehicles involved in the accident were traveling at approximately twenty (20) to twenty five (25) miles per hour.
