Plaintiff-appellant, Rosemary Castle, individually and on behalf of her three minor children, appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing her suit for death benefits1 under the Workmen's Compensation Act which she had filed against Prudhomme Tank Truck Lines, Inc. and its insurer, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, defendants-appellees.
