This is an appeal from an order dismissing a class action complaint which alleged violations of the Labor Management Relations Act ("LMRA"), 29 U.S.C. § 141 et seq., and tortious interference with contract under Indiana common law. We hold that dismissal of the federal claim for failure to state a claim under the LMRA was proper. We find, however, that the district court retained diversity jurisdiction over the common law claim...
