"... Tracy R. Heathcock ... did recklessly cause the death of Christopher Lane Boswell by operating a tractor-trailer truck in a reckless manner, and hitting a motor vehicle driven by Christopher Lane Boswell, in violation of 13A-6-3(a)(1) of the Code of Alabama...
