HURLEY, Judge.

At issue is whether the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to grant an injunction. We find no abuse of discretion and, accordingly, affirm.

This appeal emanates from a suit brought by Ms. Davis, the owner and landlord of two adjoining lots, against one of her tenants and a subtenant.
